The Board of Directors of the Yasser Arafat Foundation convened its 68th meeting at the Yasser Arafat Museum to review the Foundation’s activities, strategic programs, and institutional progress. Discussions focused on key initiatives, including the National Knowledge Competition, Yasser Arafat Summer Camps, educational seminars, preparations for the upcoming Board of Trustees meeting, and the continued development of the Museum’s cultural and educational mission.

The Board also examined the Foundation’s financial challenges in light of the current circumstances affecting the Palestinian people and explored measures to sustain its operations and programs. Preparations for commemorating the 22nd anniversary of President Yasser Arafat’s passing, along with the ongoing nomination process for the Yasser Arafat Achievement Award and the Research and Studies Award, were also reviewed.

The meeting concluded with a message of solidarity with the Palestinian people—particularly those in the Gaza Strip—reaffirming the Board’s commitment to resilience, national unity, and the pursuit of the Palestinian people's legitimate national rights.
