The Director General of the Yasser Arafat Foundation, Dr. Owda Masharqa, welcomed a delegation from the Media and Public Relations Department of Jawwal on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The meeting was attended by Fares Saqar, Director of Media and Public Relations, and Mahar Abu Ein, Activities Manager at the Foundation.

During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the Foundation’s vision, mission, and objectives, as well as its year-round programs and activities. These include the annual commemoration of the founding president’s martyrdom, the Yasser Arafat Museum, the Yasser Arafat Achievement Award and the Research and Studies Award, the National Knowledge Competition, and the Yasser Arafat Summer Camps.

At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation was presented with a collection of the Foundation’s audiovisual and written publications, including documentary films, materials highlighting its activities, the book “An Unforgettable Life,” and the museum guidebook. The Foundation expressed its appreciation to the delegation for their visit.
